Easton’s Group Reveals New Suite Incentives for Boutique Building at Dundas Square Gardens
It’s not just last month’s well-attended preview opening for Dundas Square Gardens that has people talking. The new condo project in Toronto has been generating even more buzz as of late thanks to a selection of limited-time promotions.
Easton’s Group of Hotels recently unveiled two new incentives for select suites in the Garden Tower, a 17-storey boutique building that will accompany the project’s 47-storey main tower. Purchasers will receive a $10,000 cash back on a selection of two-bedroom suites, all of which feature spacious terraces that exceed 150 square feet. The developer will also toss in free locker storage valued at $5,000.
Those in the market for a smaller unit can also reap the rewards. Purchase a Garden Tower studio suite and you’ll receive a free storage locker along with $5,000 cash back. Bonus: you’ll only have to pay a 10 per cent deposit.

Located at Dundas and Jarvis streets, Dundas Square Gardens will be situated in the heart of the city. Residents will be nearby major transit routes, the Toronto Eaton Centre, Ryerson University and Allan Gardens.
Since the two-tower condo project is located in the centre of the city (where parkland is scarce) Easton’s Group will bring the greenery to its residents. The project will boast more than 16,000 square feet of rooftop garden terraces, each of which will be located on different levels. There will also be an outdoor pool with an infinity edge, library with study spaces and a fully-equipped fitness centre and yoga studio.
Prices for available units start from $199,998 and suites range in size from 305 to 762 square feet.
