Easton’s Group Shows Off Towering Scale Model for Dundas Square Gardens at Exclusive Preview Event
It was a sunny Saturday as Torontonians filled up the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Toronto. People entered the lobby at noon to celebrate the exclusive preview opening of Dundas Square Gardens, a modern condo project by Easton’s Group of Hotels that will soon rise at 200 Dundas Street East.
Attendees were instantly drawn to the glowing scale model placed in the centre of the room. The condo replica displays the development’s two residential towers: a 47-storey high-rise and a 17-storey boutique building. The developer opted for two distinct residential options to suit a variety of lifestyles, while at the same time offering a wealth of on-site amenities.
Though there’s one amenity in particular that deserves extra special attention: the five rooftop garden terraces that will make up more than 16,000 square feet of space. It offers residents a natural environment when they need a break from the hustle and bustle of downtown life.

It’s no surprise the VIP preview event was a top priority for city dwellers this weekend.
