Easton’s Group of Hotels enlivens Toronto’s culture with TIFF concert
Even though the Toronto International Film Festival has wrapped up, the chatter surrounding the star-studded event has yet to end. Easton’s Group of Hotels is partly to thank for the immense amount of local culture and energy that has pulsed through the city these past two weeks.
The company set up a stage and green room called the Rdio Music Zone Steve & Rashmi Gupta Family Stage. Throughout the festival, local artists took to the stage to perform, bringing even more action to the city’s streets.
The stage featured concert performances by 18 artists, from beat scene producer Elaquent to indie-rock musician Rich Aucoin. It was located in the parking lot of King Blue Condos at King Street and Blue Jays Way. In other words, in the heart of all the action.
This is just one example of the developer’s dedication to building developments that foster a sense of community. Just look at Dundas Square Gardens at Dundas and Jarvis streets. The new condo project will house two towers that rise 47 and 17 storeys, and feature more than 16,000 square feet of rooftop garden terraces on five separate levels. It’s urban oasis meets tranquil countryside.
For every suite sold, Easton’s Group will also donate $1,000 to Ryerson University until they reach $1 million. How’s that for community involvement?
Prices for available suites start from $199,998 and units range in size from 305 to 762 square feet.
