Experiencing the bright lights and big city life isn’t all that’s up for grabs; registrants will also receive a coupon for up to $10,000 off the purchase price of their suite. These coupons will be handed out at Dundas Square Gardens’ upcoming exclusive preview event.
The new community, located at the corner of Dundas and Jarvis streets, will house a 47-storey tower and a boutique 17-storey Garden Tower.
There will also be 16,000 square feet of expansive rooftop gardens and terraces in total, situated on different levels, offering an abundance of outdoor green space in the city’s core.
Aside from the development’s nature-inspired features, residents can take advantage of a fully-equipped fitness centre and yoga room, outdoor pool with an infinity edge, lounge and bar area, hot tub, library with study spaces and more.
Suite prices start from $199,998 and units will range in size from 305 to 762 square feet.
